Light in its softest expression.
Stone that lets light through.
A surface that goes beyond texture. Light passes through the mineral and reveals another space: warmer, more intimate, more yours. Discover Nácar and Coral, Mundo Pétreo’s two Himalayan stone selections.

The wall becomes more than a boundary.
In daylight, grain, texture and panel variations come into view. With carefully planned backlighting, the mineral gains depth and becomes a warm presence. It is not a printed image or an imitation finish: light travels through the material.
The result depends on the selection and lighting design. Tone, rear cavity, maintenance access and the rhythm of the pieces should be planned together.

Two tones. Your way of living.
Photography opens the conversation. Samples and the specific selection help make the decision.

A warm presence, piece by piece.
Beauty also needs a plan.
Himalayan stone is a natural mineral material from the Khewra mine in Punjab, Pakistan. Its translucency allows the surface to work as cladding or as a light screen. Tone, thickness, support and lighting are part of the same decision.
Shop kits use 2.5 cm panels. Supplier documentation also includes 5 cm pieces for projects: ask about availability and the proposed system before finalising the specification.

Where it works. And where it does not.
A feature wall in a living room, a headboard, a reception or a resting area can make use of its texture and light. In hotels and wellness spaces, assess actual room humidity first: a dry relaxation area does not have the same conditions as a shower or steam room.
It is not recommended for outdoor use, floors, direct water contact or surfaces exposed to frequent steam. The supplier specifies keeping relative humidity below 75% continuously. For routine care, use a dry microfibre cloth; no water, detergents or abrasives.

More surface
The 1 and 2 m² kits include 50 and 100 panels. Module layout, cuts and allowance are calculated for the actual wall.

Before planning with Himalayan stone.
01Are Nácar and Coral the same material?+
They are Mundo Pétreo’s two colour selections of Himalayan stone. Nácar brings together paler tones; Coral has warmer shades. Natural pieces vary: photographs and samples guide the choice, and the specific selection is confirmed with the team.
02Is lighting included in the kits?+
The current Shopify catalogue specifies panels and adhesive. LEDs, framing and electrical installation are not listed as part of the kit. Plan the complete system before assembling a backlit wall.
03Can I request a wall study?+
Yes. Choose a tone and tell us the width, height, location and whether you want backlighting. Include the project stage. The team will review the materials and information needed to prepare a proposal.
04Which kit sizes are available?+
The shop offers 0.5, 1 and 2 m² kits, with 25, 50 and 100 panels respectively and specific adhesive included. The format is 20 × 10 × 2.5 cm. Trims and waste depend on the wall design; confirm quantities and availability before ordering.
05Can it be used in a bathroom or spa?+
Only in dry or humidity-controlled indoor areas after assessing the room. It is not suitable for showers, direct water contact or frequent steam exposure. This is a wall cladding material, not flooring.
